Like others have said: mediocre service and food, bad coffee, very pricey. Also: the posted hours a) keep getting shorter and b) aren’t reliable. For example: was just down there at 6:45, 45 min after they supposedly opened. Doors closed, lights off. Often close early, too.

Don't like vanhoutte coffee. Unless you get a cup of drip, the prices are insanely high. Captive audience, nuff said. Service however is v good.

Super rude staff. Overpriced food. Not the greatest quality.Some places serve great food that it makes bad customer service bearable.The Van Houtte at Cremazie isn't one of these places.The other day, one of the employees with really bad attitude looked directly at my co-worker and literally dropped/tossed the order on the cash. No apologies, and when confronted, cashier was at a loss for words. Worst customer service ever, and last time I waste my money here.I heard that the owner is also super rude, and was told not to waste my time and breath complaining to her.You're better off buying instant coffee...it's a lot cheaper, tastes much better, and doesn't come with a side of attitude.

Super rude owner and staff.. super pricy for an ok quality. Owner argues with her staff in front of people and complain about her job in front of costumers.

Very pricey. $3.00 for a coffee. $8 .00 for an unfresh no taste sandwich. Lucky to still be in business in such isolated area. Owner is rude and unpleasant, not just her manner, so is her face! Hope it goes down soon!!
