Académie Création’s daycare

We are really happy with this daycare. Our son has been going there for a while and he loves it. Every single one of his teachers has been amazing. They are kind and attentive, and they always send us updates and photos through an app.The daycare itself is a really cheerful place, with kids crafts hanging around the walls, different colorful decorations, stuffed animals, etc. It has a lot of light and really good toys and things to play, both inside and in the patio.As far as the activities they do, our kid is always being challenged with different things to help him improve his skills, and it totally shows. He loves going every day!

My husband and I love this daycare. Our son has attended since he was 10 months old, now 2.5 years. TL;DR - we highly recommend it, and our son has a great time every day with the craft projects, learning, and playtime.The biggest reason we decided on this daycare was that we could see all of the babies adored their teacher (shoutout to Ms. Lajic!) and wanted to be picked up, show her things, etc. This immediately inspired trust for us. We also liked how clean and well kept the spaces were.The educators have always been wonderful, and our kiddo loves going every day. Teachers from his former classes still engage with him and he gives them hugs and chats with them. We get daily updates and photos of how he's doing, what he's doing, how he ate and how long he's napped through the ClassDojo app. This makes it easy to share updates with our family and are a daily joy and reassurance.In the older classes (18+ months) each week has a theme (he's learning about space this week), and crafts and dress up are centered around the theme. Every day they talk about the weather to help them learn. There's also a daily craft project. They get a lot of time to play in the yard, and if the weather is bad they have an indoor gym. Visiting teachers help them learn about music, yoga, and other activities.Parents are welcome to join the parent committee and engage throughout the year (e.g. coming in to read to the kiddos or participate in an activity). The children did a holiday concert this past year, which was a lot of fun. We appreciated how much effort it is to make these things happen and help parents feel involved.It's worth noting that they notify us immediately if our son is sick or if something has happened (e.g. he fell down and hurt himself). I know it must be scary to reach out to parents when there's an issue and they could feign ignorance. Instead they connect right away to let us know and say what happened. We trust them with his care as a result of their honesty.This daycare has helped our son become a charming, empathetic, funny toddler with strong speaking skills and English and French comprehension. It makes him happy and challenges him 5 days a week. We highly recommend it.

Large rooms, colorful classrooms and a safe atmosphere. Still, we cancelled the contract after the first day. The educators didn't interact much with the infant group, and spent a good amount of time on their phones. I noticed this on the first intro visit but thought it's just a misinterpretation. It happened again on the first official attendance day. Their response was that they check for attendance via phone, but they actually spend their time scrolling for private stuff. I saw it with my own eyes. If they can address this with the educators it looks like a good kindergarden.

We've been very happy with the way the management communicates, the educators have been wonderful and the class have lots of natural light and space for the kids.
