This is one of the most convenient bank locations in the uptown area of Saint John and the service is very nice. The debit machine is always ready accessable and the door to the ATM is always open after hours. I love the location and the service and they are definitely one of the best banking sites in the area. They have a lot of great staff and I couldn't see myself banking anywhere else in the uptown area of Saint John

Love their service for20+ years-tellers,atm and phone dealings.Always informative.They even have multiples of 5$ denominations at their atm.

It seems to be almost impossible to contact a human being by phone at this branch these days. Especially from overseas. The four digit internal numbers go directly to voice mail.. They say they are there but are never available to take a call. The 0800 number does not work from overseas.The computer generated answering system is appalling.It was a great system before they 'fixed' it.Can't find an e-mail address for anyone in customer services ( does it still exist?)

Tried to go in an open account and they said had to have an appointment so opened at TD as you don't need an appointment

ATM outside never seems to be able to do withdrawals even though I have money in account. Seen this happen to numerous people.

i agree -beautiful premises -mediocre service can never speak to anyone -very costly if professionals time is being charged to listen to christmas music.
