I had received a new apple watch for Christmas. A few weeks later I dropped the watch and the screen shattered. Oops, my bad. On April 4th, 2023, I dropped my watch off at this authorized apple retailer to repair the screen. On April 12th, 2023, I paid $214.70 and retrieved my watch. As soon as I saw the screen it seemed off and unstable. Unfortunately, I did not mention this to the clerk at the time. A few days later, the screen shattered suddenly without any force being applied to the actual watch. I would highly consider another choice for apple repair. $430 seems unreasonable to spend on a shattered screen for a $600 watch, even with apple coverage. I will say that the clerk was lovely and nice.

This repair shop is awesome! My dead iPhone came back to life in just two days, just like they promised. They even hooked me up with a loaner phone while they worked their magic.Mohammad was super professional and the team knew exactly what they were doing. They made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. If you need an iPhone fix, don't waste time anywhere else. These guys are the real deal with great prices, great service, and a quick (fair) turnaround!

I recently had an issue with my iPhone and I was fortunate enough to find I repair services in Toronto. The service was prompt and the customer support was outstanding. Not only did they manage to fix the issue quickly, they were very generous and didn't even take payment as they said it was just a software issue. I highly recommend I repair services to anyone in need of quality repair services in Toronto. They are the best! Thank you so much

I've never written a google review until now! I went to iRepair back in July 2022 to get my MacBook Pro battery replaced as it wasn't holding a charge, they replaced it and it worked well at first, but then went downhill after about 4 months (couldn't hold a charge for long, eventually needed to be plugged in 24/7) and just the other day (May 2023) wouldn't turn on at all. I took it to the Apple Store and they informed me that the people at iRepair put a faulty battery in my laptop and it essentially melted the inside of my laptop. If I wanted to get it fixed it would've cost the same amount to buy a new laptop altogether. Luckily I backed up most of my photos and documents beforehand, but the next person who goes here might not be as lucky! DO NOT GO HERE! Friendly word of advice, just go to apple if you need an apple product fixed.

The staff at the Yonge and Eglinton location are amazing. Very customer focused and responsive, very fair pricing and great turnaround. I am not technical and yet the staff was able to explain, demonstrate and advise me in terms I could understand. I would recommend this store to anyone. This is my one stop shop for anything related to my phone and computer.

iRepair has been helpful for our tech needs on several occasions, including upgrading the RAM for an old, slow HP laptop we had so our kids could use it. Most recently, I had my Apple Watch repaired here and the service was quick and responsive. We will be back! Highly recommend!

I took my iPad here to get the screen crack fixed. They quoted me 3 days. It took them 3 months to return my iPad to me. And charged me $300 to fix the screen. The screen is now even worse. I use my iPad for drawings for work, and the screen is unusable and doesn’t register finger taps or my pen. They kept telling me during the repair that it was at an associates house getting fixed. And that the testing kept failing. I think what happened is one of the techs broke it, and they attempted to fix it for months.I’m the interim I had to buy a whole new iPad in order to work. Ultimately this experience ended up costing me $1500+tax if you factor in having to get a whole new iPad because they didn’t even fix mine.

I went to the store to have my Apple Watch repaired (it stopped working as it fell in water). Mohammad, the person at the front desk had a look, and asked to submit the watch for a thorough check. I left with the store in perfect physical condition (no scratches, scuffs etc.), and I was told it could take upto $120 to fix once a technician has had a look. Then I was told a couple of days later, it would cost $260 to fix it as there is an issue with the logic board, which is more than 100% of the price initially quoted. He added, that even after the repair, there is no guarantee it will continue working beyond 30 days. I refused the repair as it didn’t make sense to pay that much. When I went to pick it up 3 weeks later, the main screen of the watch was physically damaged, with the glass majorly chipped at the sides (see photos). Mohammad told me the watch must have got damaged during the check, and refused to replace it. He asked me for proof that the watch wasn’t already damaged before submission to the store (check your CCTV, Einstein). He knows very well that it was damaged during the check and is now finding ways to avoid having to pay for fixing the damage. This is outright duping the customer by damaging a perfectly fine electronic item and then refusing to do anything about it and then lying about it. What a total waste of time and efforts. Avoid this store, Mohammad is a CHEAT, and I would 0 stars if I could.
