REPLY to your response: My issue is not that he cannot accomodate everyone and he will be late for other deliveries. My issue is your delivery personnel was RUDE and lacked customer service skills. You can politely inform people of the information, without being disrespectful and rude. I understand you have a protocol in place for your staff. Also it would be good to inform the client that the material will be dropped off at the end of the driveway, which you did not do, so they can prepare to have someone else move it so it doesn't get stolen. Thank youOriginal Review:Over the phone, everything seemed okay. But when the tempo was delivered to my parents, who are both seniors over the age of 70, it was the worse delivery experience. When the driver started putting the parts on the driveway, it was right near the end of the driveway, where anyone can come and steal the parts. My father had asked him to put the parts in the back, because he cannot move them himself. The delivery driver rudely said no and told him if he gets hurts on their property, he will sue them, which upset my parents. That is the worst customer service. Do not recommend them at all! You are losing customers due to the attitude issues of your delivery workers. I wish I had shopped elsewhere!

Signed and paid for a rental in October that was never delivered or installed. No one at the Abris Mondial was able or willing to investigate or issue a refund.

Horrible customer service. Our shelter was delivered broken and even after numerous request was never fixed. Had 3 feet of snow in shelter all winter.

My brother just went there to inquire. The guy, Serge, was super rude. He told my brother that he had another customer to get out. He didn't listen to him even once. He slammed his card on the table. Super rude, unprofessional. Don’t recommend going there

I bought a tempo for the front porch when I went to talk with the staff they were so disrespectful with me and mostly the person that I think is the boss ( the people that have this position are not supposed to act this way).When I called them to talk about the unfair price that they gave me they hanged up on me and spoke with me in a very disrespectful way and never answered any of my calls again. they also kept me on hold for very long hours.

The lovely girls at the front desk we're extremely helpful and kind. We also got our shelters quickly, which was great; especially given the shortage of workers these days. Very glad we ordered early. Highly recommend!

Bad service! I would never recommend this service; stay away from them. They have a sales rep called SERGE; the guy talks like if he is doing a favor to you.

Worst delivery experience!My daughter asked the delivery guy if he could put the car shelter inside the garage because she needs to leave the house for school and she can’t carry everything he said NO,just left on the side.This is not a free delivery it is Paid delivery.Called the costumer service while the guy is still there and answered me there is nothing he can do about it!Unbelievable..
