I am a rookie when it comes to work out supplements. I am starting a summer job as a landscaper and wanted to insure I got in shape before the summer and kept my body safe while doing so. Coming into the store I had little knowledge but the staff was patient, kind, and very helpful. They answered my questions with great information and provided lots of recommendations and advice. I will definitely be telling others about this store and will be coming back when I require more stock. Thank you staff for a wonderful experience.

Owner Dillon is one of the most -- if not the most educated on the supplements in his store I've come across during my time as a competitive athlete and coach. Bought a protein bar from Supplement World a couple of days ago (Sept 2022). When I bit into it, it was hard as a rock! I then checked the packaging - it had expired in December 2020! Disgusting! If that's how little they care about the products they sell, I definitely won't be back.

This is a great Supplement Store located in East Regina. This is the first location to open in Regina. They have very knowledgable staff and can definitely help you find the right supplements for your specific workout regime. They have many Gluten-Free and Dairy-Free options to choose from. They will soon be offering shakes made right in the store. I definitely recommend this place!!
