Been with Wilco a few years now, like any company they have their good and bad however the good out ways the bad by far. They have a ton of new iron each year, most people become friends quickly. Most Forman are great to work with, do their best to see you succeed in the field as well. Management is willing to listen to any concerns that come up as well. A old school company with new school ideas that seems to work out very well. Work hard and you’ll move up quickly.

Great working atmosphere and a company culture that is dedicated to safety and constant improvement in the way work is carried out. There are few companies, if any, that can tackle the scope of work that Wilco can accomplish. Senior management really cares about employees, does whatever possible to look after their staff, and gives room for career growth/development. Great place to work. Driver in unit 1255- 17, on may 17 2023 at 6pmOn stony trail tailgating for Excessive amount of time meanwhile I'm in the Far right lane doing the speed limit. All other lanes were free for him to pass but he chose to tailgate for 25+ kilometers.Just plain stupid.
