This restaurant in Bridgenorth stands out as the best dining option in town according to my wife and I, after we stumbled upon it during our search for a peaceful dinner one evening. We have visited it a few times now and enjoyed both their brunch and dinner offerings immensely, thanks to their delicious food and excellent service. Although the property could benefit from some maintenance and updating, we highly recommend this spot for anyone seeking a lovely, intimate dinner with their partner or a hearty, enjoyable brunch with the family.

Very nice restaurant by the lake. The food and service were fantastic. This was the first time I ate here, and it was impressive. Parking was no problem. Worth the 15 min drive from Peterborough

We used to visit occasionally over the past few years and it was always just okay, but ever since the new owners took over it's our FAVOURITE spot to be!! The energy and atmosphere is amazing, food is incredible (best nachos I've ever had), speciality cocktails are soo good and the staff!!! The staff are what make this place so good. The live music we saw the one night (Cary Shields) was excellent, so much fun. So energetic and fun and we just love coming to visit! We live around the corner and will be back often!! ;)-Michelle & Lee

We just attended Mothers Day brunch and it was incredible. Everything was fresh and so tasty. Each dish was elevated and not your usual plain breakfast fare. I would highly recommend!

7 of us just celebrated an 80th birthday at Chemong Lodge. The food, service, views, atmosphere - everything was outstanding. We special ordered a cake - which was OUTSTANDING. We all enjoyed our market special meals (pan fried or beer battered pickeral). I will happily return anytime.

We just ate here for the very first time celebrating our anniversary. Wow... where to start. Cocktails are amazing (way beyond what I expected to have in Bridgenorth). Great balanced drinks. The caesar salad was spot on and the pasta and Once Around the Smoker entrees were to die for. Some the best prepared meats we've ever had. Creme Brule as a finale. Couldn't have celebrated at a better place. Chef and staff were around to wish us Happy Anniversary. Super impressed and will definitely be back!!

1st time. A bit pricey. But then again the ribs were very meaty, baked beans-home made were delicious & coleslaw tasty. The atmosphere was very enjoyable & waitresses friendly & attentive

My girlfriend brought me here for my birthday and the atmosphere was amazing. Very homely with the lighting and candles. Service was great and the food choices were much different than other fine dunning restaurants I've been to. Food was delicious and presentation was good. Would definitely come here again in the near future.

My family and I just had a wonderful meal at Chemong Lodge! Between the four of us we have a long list of food allergies and sensitivities, including nuts, garlic, soy, and dairy. The staff were so accommodating and patient while we figured out what was safe to eat. Thanks so much to everyone working tonight for making our experience comfortable. We left with very full tummies and will definitely be back!

I recently hosted a seafood dinner event for almost 60 people at Chemong Lodge and they could not have been more incredible hosts! Sara and Adam particularly went out of their way to create a delicious menu that all our guests were raving about. They also were very organized and had an indoor option readily available when our planned outdoor event got rained out. The live music on Friday night was an added bonus! We will definitely be coming back next year for this annual event!
