Dr Chin found an issue our previous dentist didn’t. Explains things clearly and good bedside manner which we appreciate. staff are kind and easy to deal with.

Dr Chin and all the staff at this clinic are all top notch professionals. Their facility is new and modern, and are extremely skilled and they know how to make kids smile :) Luckily we're very close by, I have friends travelling from Richmond and Vancouver with their kids to see Dr. Chin.Best kids dental clinic in town!

The best Dentist in town! My father was a dentist and Dr Chin is truly one of the best! Not only professional and courteous but a really nice guy. My 2 year-old and 4 year-old love coming to the dentist. Everyone who has cared for us at Smiley Kids Burnaby has been kind, patient and gentle. Dr. Chin is knowledgeable and friendly. Cleanings, flossing, and x-rays have all gone smoothly. Very clean office with a good movie for the kids every time.

Started going here when my daughter was 1 year old for routine hygiene and checkups. She is now 2.5 and we had to go for some minor restorative work to her front tooth… I was worried that this would turn her sour on going to the dentist (since she has liked going so far), but it didn’t! It was an overall positive experience for her and she is happy that her tooth is fixed.The team is professional, patient, and provides treatment in a way that is tolerable for a young child.

I am incredibly grateful for Dr. Chin and his team. My daughter had a really bad experience with another dentist(not at Smiley kids) which created major anxiety. Because of Dr. Chin my daughter was able to have 4 extractions with no problem. He did such an amazing job that my daughter had no pain, no swelling and feels great. I highly recommend Smiley Kids.

5/5 stars experience with Dr. Chin. My little girl had surgery for a mouthful of crowns and Dr. Chin kept me informed, was really respectful in answering all the questions I had (there were many!), and was super calm and comforting on the day of the surgery. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chin if your child needs a pediatric dentist, and especially if they need surgery done. This is actually our second opinion for dental surgery and I’m SO glad I decided to see Dr. Chin at Smiley Kids for another opinion because the first place we visited (in North Van) had a way longer wait for surgery and didn’t have the positive demeanor that Dr. Chin has!Thank you again Dr. Chin for keeping my kiddo and I at ease and being so easy to work with!PS, there is a second office location in Vancouver and we opt to go to that one as it’s closer for us.

We’ve been taking our two kids to Smiley Kids for years and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Chin and his staff are kind, thorough, and great with the kids. We moved away from the neighborhood 2 years ago and still make the trip back to Burnaby to see Dr. Chin.

Dr Edward Chin. Such an experienced and humble man. After going with multiple clinics, someone suggested me for him and immediately after seeking his advice, I was all so positive for the treatment he suggested for my daughter. Hour after her surgery my daughter was all good and no after effects. I thanks Dr Edward and the clinic team for updating me and following up.
