The starter (nachos) was spectacular but the ribs fell short of expectations. It was very much bland with apple butter sauce just plastered on it. The cornbread was extremely dry and almost a chalky texture. In all the service was good and courteous but the food could use a ton of improvement

I always love going to Montana's probably my favorite big chain restaurant in North America. I've always liked their ribs.This was my first opportunity to visit one since 2017, I noticed they aren't doing the paper table covers and crayons anymore. What happened there? I used to enjoy a good doodling.As I always do, I got the beef ribs. Was not disappointed. Too bad it wasn't a Wednesday. Do they still have the all you can eat ribs on Wednesday? Actually, maybe it's good it wasn't...

I had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant where Mason works, and I have to say that he truly made my experience memorable. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel right at home.Throughout my meal, Mason was attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my dining experience. He provided excellent recommendations and was knowledgeable about the menu items.Not only was Mason a fantastic server, but he also took the time to engage with me and make me feel like a valued customer. His positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills truly set him apart from other servers I have encountered.Overall, I would highly recommend dining at this restaurant and requesting Mason as your server. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail will undoubtedly enhance your dining experience.

Waitress was fantastic. Corn was delicious. Unfortunately first my ribs were burnt. The waitress graciously took them back, but the next set was borish. My sister's steak was tough and very small. The rest had adequate meals

Our waitress seemed to be lost when taking our family's order, both drinks and food for 7 of us. 2 drinks were wrong. We had to keep getting her attention to get refills. After 1/2 hour of waiting I asked her how much longer will it be for our order to come out. She went to check and almost 10 minutes later she said she forgot to out the order in but should be coming out soon. Well 15 minutes later 3 plates were delivered then about another 5 minutes the rest of the food came out.The food itself was ok, just ok that is. Not too much flavor in a couple of the dishes. We had to ask her for our bill and after paying, she asked if anyone wanted dessert?? Proper training towards customer service is essentially required here. Some of the staff walked around aimlessly

We had a very pleasant experience here the other night, definitely one of the better locations. I appreciate that we were given time to eat our appetizers before the entrees came, as some places bring them out shortly after the appetizer. The food was pretty good and the service was mostly acceptable. I had ordered a bottle of barbeque sauce, but it never came, and I just never bothered.

We have never been to Montanas before. Our server was Hailey and she was perfect. We ordered our drinks and when they were served we ordered our meal. The starter was Fried Pita with spinach and cheese dip. There was so much we took the leftovers home. We were able to enjoy a little conversation before the main meal came. I ordered the Back Rib taster which was absolutely delicious. My husband had the Chicken Fajitas which you put together yourself and the chicken came in a sizzling pan. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant again. Also kudos to the Chef and the kitchen staff.

Lunch Trio was perfect. Broccoli cheese soup, side salad and 1/2 pulled pork sandwich. Good BBQ.

We stopped in for a late lunch and the food was great. Cheese burger with fries and honey butter ribs with baked potato and corn bread. Blue MoonAshley our waitress was exceptional. Lovely personality and very attentive to our needs.Yes we'll definitely be back.

I cannot believe the quality of food it my boyfriend and I got 10oz steaks medium rare and first time they came out raw and the second time they came up burnt and raw. I use to love eating here and they have really gone downhill big time. They hire kids to work in the kitchen that don't know a steak from a piece of chicken in the end they had to pay for 4 steak dinners which were never even eaten my yam YAM fries came out over cooked and greasy. It's sad. I hope you take this into account because you've also lost a loyal customer of many years. Stop hiring children to do a chefs job.
