The manager, Kyle, is very understanding and friendly. He and his team are quite transparent about the whole process, and has very reasonable time estimates. The wait for an appointment is a little long, but it is quite expected from a AutoShop. This shop is right next to a few places to eat and sit too, so it is a great location if you want to grab some bites as they work on your vehicle :)

The place to go if you enjoy courteous office staff as well as estimators that are enjoyable to work with. Our fender bender was minor, just over$1000 and the vehicle was returned in a near new condition both inside and out. A small change purse which was lost for months was waiting for us on the consul which was recovered in their deep interior cleaning. I highly recommended this company.

Impressed with this company. From start to finish. There customer service, ordering parts needed for a new model vehicle that came in quicker than expected and fitting my vehicle in for a collision repair sooner than later all made my experience with this company awesome and to boot they gave me a fun courtesy car for the week. The repair work looks flawless and I can now enjoy my new vehicle again. Thank you for your time, service and efforts to accommodate. My vehicle came back washed and cleaned as well (bonus)! We are very impressed with this business. Our truck has had some bad luck with getting dented by various things and we have taken it here each time to get fixed. The work they have done has been good and we have felt confident in their repairs. Overall they are professional with fair pricing. Would recommend to anyone!

Great experience at Maximum Collision. Had some scratches on the hood and they smoothed and fixed all of them and repainted. Looks like new. Office staff was awesome and friendly.Would use again if needed.
