Used to be my go to place. My hairdresser quit because of the culture and I only returned to be a loyal client and always tipped well. Had an appointment today, wasted an hour of my time without being seen. You guys can't coast on middling quality cuts and lax service. This is a salon, not a lounge.

Terrible haircut. & terrible experience. I take responsibility for not speaking up. I was confused by the steps and how backwards everything was during my experience. I was trusting the professional with my hair. When i run my fingers through my hair i can feel all the strands that are uneven . My hair was cut dry without being properly brushed or wet(barley). Washed after being cut? Again i should have spoke up, but thought what was being done may have been ok? (Even though in my years of hair cuts never had an experience so strange. I naturally have hair with a mond of its own. And have had somewhat unsatisfying hair cuts but theu all styled well it was just unfamiliar and still nice.Nice head massage though & the person that cut my hair was genuinely nice. By the end my head was fulling yanked on in attempts to style and dry my hair. I left with hair that didnt look and feel that leaving the hair salon" traditional feel. All this costed me 45$ and i not have to go and do damage control on my head."

Everyone is super friendly and they do a really good job. Étienne has made my hair twice now and it is super gorgeous!

I really liked the service, they took all the preventive measures, before receiving me. They really took thier time and understood what kind of haircut I wanted. I am very satisfied with the final look. I would recommend.

My gf went to this salon last night , what a disaster , she had beautiful blond hair and came out of there with black gothic looking hair , when she was requesting an light ash brown hair colour. Her hairdresser's name was Étienne , please save your time and money and avoid this place at all costs !!!They should have never let her leave the salon! Unacceptable! She is extremely sad about this.

I always leave very happy and the cuts keep looking great even as they grow out! Great price for great quality!

I walked out of that place heartbroken and with BLACK hair.So I walked in with a light blond hair color wanting to go for a dirty blond , or ashy brown hair colour. I showed the pictures to Étienne. He acted like he had everything under control . He ended up dying my hair twice ?? I asked him why he was putting such dark dye on my hair and he said that it just looked dark . Sure enough after 4 hours of colouring my hair was black . He didn't acknowledge that my hair was way too dark compared to what I had asked for .Loss of time, money and made my hair dry and unbrushable, never let this guy touch your hair.
