We have used Ionic Electric for several large renovation projects in the past few years. The attached pic is a small example of the latest project. Stephane and his crew are professional, personable and able to work very well within project timelines. What I value enormously in Stephane is his clear and open communication style and the precise quoting and follow through with any scope changes. They are an absolute pleasure to work with.

Make sure you read the fine print on your estimate. They estimated the work to be done at $141 and the invoice was $416. Not even in the same ballpark. The estimate does not take materials and the permit they need to purchase into account. It does mention this on the estimate, but I thought this was pretty misleading. Guess I needed to read the fine print. Otherwise they were quite pleasant and responsive, which I appreciated (hence the 2 starts instead of 1). But they really should review how they calculate estimates. They should include materials and permits on the estimate in my opinion.

This is a great company. We own a restaurant, The New Pitt, and had some issues with electrical. They came that day to help, fixed the problem and we have them coming to upgrade. Very friendly and reliable.

I have worked with Stephane and his crew for several years in many jobs. I have been 100% satisfied each and every time... the quality of work is excellent and his customer service is fantastic. If I have any questions he is quick to get back to me to support in whatever capacity is required. I would hire Stephane and Ionic again for any electrical work. Highly recommended!

Ionic Electrical Contracting Inc.
They sent someone to come to do a Quote for us, I believe his name is Stephane, 3 weeks later never give us a Quote, not even a phone call or text. I had called them more than 3 times to follow up, but still nothing. If you don't want to take our business, at least give us a courtesy by letting us know. Wouldn't recommend this electrician at all!

Needed to replace a smart switch but there are four (4) switches in the panel. You can imagine all the wires; I would have done it myself but long story short I went to my goto electrician. They are top notch in all aspects of business and installation.

Great group! Had some pot lights installed in two rooms and a circuit with an issue troubleshooted and fixed. Was all done in a very friendly and timely manner. Highly recommended!
