Alistair came through with helping us remove our old hot tub when the other local company flaked on us numeeous times. Alistair is incredibly punctual at returning phone calls and was extremely accommodating unlike the other local company. Very professional and friendly. Would ONLY recommend him. Service was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us.

Honest, thorough and excellent service. Everyone on the team is knowledgeable and personable and go above and beyond in making sure your hot tub expericne is a great one. The warrantee is great, the service calls are easy to book and reasonably priced and value for the money you spend here is really good — the prices are very reasonable. I have been a customer since 2017 and I'm always impressed with how much they have helped me, as I am a new hot tub owner, and with the high quality of their hot tubs and products. I highly recommend them.

Years later, still regretting my purchase. Third time the heater in our California Cooperage MAAX spa has begun to die and left scrambling around to find a service person. Should have known there would be issues when it died the first time within a year! Never going to buy from anyone but the manufacturer again!

You pay huge money for a hot tub and you would expect service, but not from this place. Terrible service. Always excuses that he is short staff. Puts you on hold forever, always using excuses he is busy. You have to call back for information because he takes down your info but doesn’t follow up. Very frustrating. Buyer beware. We finally found another place that has been very accommodating for servicing our tub.

The owner is absolutely amazingTook so much time out of his day to tell me what to do over the phone then what he can do to repair my pump.I took him the pump he had it repaired the same day and it runs amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. They took the time to explain and advise me accordingly. I was able to take my circulation pump out myself and have them rebuild it to new and reinstall it myself which saved me a lot of money. Thank you and would definitely recommend this business.
