Great experience with Big Country RV. When spending the money on an RV you not only look at quality of the RV you are purchasing but at the follow up service provided when required. A++++ experience with Jonathan. He was not only professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, but explained everything in layman’s terms for me to understand. He was not only the right person for the job but a great spokesperson for Big County RV. Every interaction with Big Country RV since our purchase solidifies our decision to do business with them. Jonathan was just here fixing alot of plumbing and water issues. He was so professional and explained everything he was doing. I've had many technician's here before but no one comes close to the service ans knowledge he has. Thank you Jonathan for your amazing work

BUYER BEWARE:Early Oct 2022 we contacted Big Country RV by phone/texts/emails looking to purchase a used (2018) 5th wheel camper. The correspondencewent on for days - learning all we can about the camper. Numerous times we asked if there was any damage, water leaks,condition of floor, windows, furniture, etc. Also we mentioned that camper needed to pass NS safety. Was told salesperson would sell to his own grandparents.Never once did the salesperson mention any structural damage in both front and back end of the camper.He must really not like his grandparents to sell them a structurally damaged camper...We live over 2 days driving away (Nova Scotia) so driving over to take a look was not an option.We were told by Service manager after our first time looking at the camper well I don't know what to tell you - you bought it - it's yours now".They don't inform you of the damage knowing that we lived out of province

They keep your deposit, even after they claim it is refundable!!Shop elsewhere!Stay clear!!Poor customer relations !!!

Only one open on Sunday while RV Bonanza was going on at the CTC. Perth and Smith Falls were closed.

We had an electrical issue with our motorhome while camping in Ottawa on the May ong weekend. The service team took our unit without an appointment and got us up and running in an hour. Best RV Service ever!!

A fun easy going sales staff willing to help find the perfect RV for us. Service was fantastic giving us a complete walk through the unit and making sure we knew how to operate all the equipment.

Overall I had a great experience here. From the first viewing of the trailer, to the financing department and the pickup walk through.I did feel like I was maybe being a bit not taken seriously due to my age when I got to the financing department, but once I got approved that changed.The guy who did the walk through was really nice too, and was thorough with everything.I would definitely come back here if we ever decide to upgrade.
