Horrible management. Building is outdated with no elevator, a buzzer that apparently hasent worked in 5 plus years, 2 washer and dryers for 40 units... and horrible parking lot maintenance considering we pay to shovel our way out or drive threw a flood. Do not recommend this place.

Rude, disgusting management. They do not know how to communicate with people. They get vex for silly reasons. Pure horrible.

My mother and I were supposed to view an apartment today, and didn't even get into the building before the gentleman, that claimed to be the superintendent, had a MASSIVE attitude, demanded we leave our attitudes at the door if we wanna see the place, then proceeded to yell at us as if he's some kind of gift to the world. In reality, he's just a lonely loser that doesn't know how to properly run a business, or even be human. I do not recommend anybody live in this building. Look up white trash, and his face will pop up. He thinks he's so great, but he lives in the south end of OSHAWA. Take yourself down a bunch of pegs, bud, because you're literally nothing just like the rest of us.
