I followed my stylist here. Amber is the only person I trust to cut my insanely-thick hair. She does a wonderful job. She cuts, colours and styles my hair.The salon itself is nice and clean with friendly staff. It's easy to find and there's plenty of free parking available.

This little quaint salon is just minutes outside of Barrie located in Midhurst. It is a very bright space, inviting and clean. All the services you need in one perfect little package! The staff are polite, nice and engaging. They listen to you and perform the job in a timely manner. The price is fair and justified. I enjoyed a blowout this apt with Veronica! Great job! Highly recommend.

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I had my hair done at this salon this past week, and it was an absolutely horrible experience. Firstly, I sat in the reception area for almost an hour waiting for my appointment to start, and I had arrived on time. I requested bright blonde highlights. While I was getting my hair done, the Owner of the establishment along with the lady doing my hair were arguing between each other at the front desk on how they should do my hair. This made me very nervous, but I hoped for the best. When the entire process was over, my hair looked ashen and had a greyish hue to it. It was much darker than when I had first arrived to my appointment. It was $320.00 after tax!! I dropped by the salon the next day to let the Owner see what had been done to my hair, and told her that unfortunately I was very unpleased with the hair colour (and please note that it was bleeding" colour in certain areas as well)

Started going to Elements 6 months ago and love it! The atmosphere is relaxed, Amanda my esthetician is fantastic and Amber has done 2 up-dos for me that I loved. Highly recommend!

Always a wonderful experience always a smile to greet you. Amanda cares about her clients is experienced in her field. Environment is very calm and welcoming. Debbie always returns calls and accommodates her clients schedule. I drive from bracebridge and will continue to go there. I highly recommend the services they offer

Went in for a wash and blow dry, showed them a picture of my hair and explained it goes flat at the top and they still left it flat and didn't even do what I asked for. If you can't even do a wash and blow dry then this isn't a place I will ever be visiting again!
