John and Steph are great and really are helpful. They are in a buisness to make money but are so much more. They make you feel like you are a long lost friend and always try to make the experience a blast. They rock!

I went into the store to see if they could put a new 6mm pin (so not very big at all) in my medic alert bracelet. The store is near me so it's convenient to stop into and I had great service at the store in the past (cost me .25 cents to have this done previously). While I was there I asked if they had a goldsmith on the premises who could do custom work (this should have been a clue/heads up that there was a good possibility of repeat business). It took about 5 minutes for the clerk to put a new pin in my bracelet. I asked how much I owed and it came to $17.25! That seems crazy! I know we're experiencing inflation everywhere but seriously $17 more than a year ago! So for something that cost the store pennies, they've now lost hundreds of dollars in new business that I'll be taking elsewhere.

The TV ad currently running hurts my ears. Those awful squeaky voices is like fingernails on a blackboard. Its one of the most annoying adsOn tv. I would never go into the store . What if theStaff talk like that?

This place was awesome and comparable priced before , the prices were good and very reasonable until the manager left ( in riverview )But if other jewlery store 5 minutes away is selling the exact same weight of gold for exactly half the price or even more of a weight of 10k gold I just don’t think adding up 100 -.200 a gram for 10k gold is fair at all no matter what. The workers are great either way but I can’t buy any jewelry there again due to very high prices. Great workers Thanks for the past and good luck with your future business

Wonderful place! They have many pieces of jewellery to choose from and the staff are caring and won't rush you when you are browsing. The store is always clean and bright and even though i am younger they treat me with a large amount of respect!

Im super disappointed. Although their goldsmith tried his best to fix a problem HE created while sizing my bespoke wedding ring, I caught him in a lie with time stamped pictures and reciepts. I would not recommend them for alterations on your cherished pieces.

Great service, reasonable prices. This store has great people who go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. They stand by their products and services. They even stayed later on christmas eve for me to make a gift purchase. I Highly recommend them! 5 STARS!

I bought a ring from Charms diamond, and I got the run around for about 16 weeks. I got a recommendation to go check out Inglis. Inglis was the only store in town that had a ring I was interested in.We went in even though we had very little hope, but our attitude changed as soon as we spoke to John. They made us fell happy and actually listened to us. They allowed us to choose a ring we were very happy with. The ring came in very fast, and once I went to pick it up, they even remembered my name. This is what a local company should fell like, not just a number, but a name.I highly recommend anybody that is looking for a great ring, go check them out before you even consider any other local jewelers.
