My first night of physiotherapy with Darwin was great. The session didn't feel rushed he answered all the questions I had. I was sent reminders for my appointment as well as Aftercare instructions sent to my email so I could do these stretches and exercises between weekly appointments. Absolutely incredible experience. The friendly staff at the front counter are always smiling, welcoming and helpful.My physio therapist Julia has been amazing. She is invested in my recovery and shows visible enjoyment in the progress she is seeing every week.I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a high level of service in their physio therapy.

I recently started going to Stride for an ongoing injury I have not had success treating at other places. I have had positive results in as little as 3 appointments. The receptionists and Emma are so friendly, and Blake is fantastic and personable. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with Julia. It took me seven years to finally take the leap to see if someone could help me and I feel so fortunate that Julia was that person.Julia took the time to explain so clearly what actually the problem was for me and was very positive about how this problem could be improved. It was a good day!!!

I’ve been coming to Stride on and off for various treatments since 2021 and can’t say enough good things about them. The team is friendly, positive and knowledgeable, so appointments are a highlight of my week and I always leave feeling better than when I went in. I’ve worked with Devan and Laurin for physio and Prism for massage, and they’re all fantastic. Highly, highly recommend.

Prism is the very first person in Alberta that was able to get deep enough into my muscle and tissue for it to be a very beneficial treatment plan that we have every 2 to 3 weeks. I would love to go 2x a week, but obviously finances can get in the way... I would absolutely go out of my way (I personally drive 45klm) to go visit Prism for a Massage at Stride! 10/5 Stars!

Just had my first appointment with Stride and physiotherapist Eric Walper. I was immediately impressed with the facility and the professionalism of everyone I encountered. Eric was obviously knowledgeable and shared his knowledge of my injury and how we are going to work to obtain maximum function. I would defiantly recommend Stride to any one in need of their services.
