Amazing customer service and stitch work by the lovely Amarjit and Gurbeer. They took the time out to make sure I loved the alterations and also took the time to get to know me. Hard workers that know great customer service. Prices are reasonable too.Thank you Stitch It Bramalea team

I visited the store to get some items dry cleaned, and I was appalled by their prices. I had three winter jackets, and one of the jackets had a bit of leather on it. They tried to charge me $130 to dry clean the jacket with leather. How do you even validate that price?? A plain wool jacket they wanted to charge me $45 to dry clean, and the third jacket for alterations they wanted to charge me $120 to repair (not including dry cleaning). That's absolutely ridiculous. Before anyone dry cleans anything here there is a dry cleaners on Clark called, Clark's dry cleaning, and they were much more reasonable. They gave me much better pricing for the wool jacket they charged me $20 vs $45, for the jacket with the leather they charged me $60 vs. $130.00, and for the third jacket with dry cleaning and alterations they only charged me $90 vs. $120.00 only for alterations. Dont go here overpriced.

Frist time and last time I ever walked in there in Sept 2022. Got a dress altered for my engagement shoot. First expression, it felt and seemed like she didn't even want me there, like my business was an inconvenience, could barely hear her mumbling to herself, hardly answered questions while looking all the wall or outside the store, literally felt like I was ruining her day by coming in there. Then was dismissive with my questions on the fit and requested alterations. Only time she spoke to me like I was an actual person was when she was asking for payment. The dress alterations weren't fitted like it was pinned when we did the consultation. Still was loose but I didn't even want to spend another second there or give any business to them. Paid the remaining balance and left. Customer service 0/10. Quality of there work, 2/10. Pricing 2/10, definitely overpriced, paid $175 for the bust and waist to be taken in on a dress with a built I corset. I get the complexity with corset bones but that's ridiculous esp. when it wasn't even taken in as much as originally fitted. I would have to say use this place if your desperate.Even with their 30 day policy as mentioned in Stitches response below, I wouldn't be going back there. Left a bad taste over all.

The services are always done nicely however, I’ve never had a pleasant experience speaking to any of the staff here. There always seems to be an attitude from the employee. Zero professionalism in their tone or communication. It would be beneficial for management to address this because I seem to not be the only person with this issue.

Excellent they were done before the required time they had given. They did an excellent job, and we were satisfied with the service. They were very friendly nice and offered a great price.

I gave them my dress that has some chocolate melted in a pocket, and I received them back yesterday.Nothing was cleaned… I tried to remove the chocolate stain by myself with some water and soap, and it’s gone. They told me it will not be cleaned perfectly but they would try it but the fact that they didn’t even try and I received my dress exactly the way it was before. That makes me mad that I paid for about $25.

I cannot believe the rudeness of those ladies. First, the lady serving us did not know how to measure the pants and had to call in a second lady with glasses. This lady would not even acknowledge our presence (not that we were looking for it, it would have been easier to communicate with her since the First Lady did not know the answers to our questions and she kept going back to her) This was so weird since it was our first time at the shop and we wanted to verify how many inches would be let out. They kept brushing off our questions and needs. We wanted to add an elastic band to the pants and they said it was impossible (which can be done 100%).They were so nervous during this whole time which led me to think they did not know what they were doing. Save yourself money and find someone else that has the expertise.Tailors are like barbers, find a really good one and stick to them. unfortunately, these people are not it!

So grateful to find Stitch it. After a specific google search. After sending an email. I was contacted within a short period of time. The customer service at the Bramalea City Centre location was exceptional. The turnover time was very quick. The lady provided a quote and a specific time I could expect to pick up the jersey. I bought a 90s custom Philadelphia Eagles jersey and requested they sow on the patches I found from Etsy. I'm very pleased with how it turned out.

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! Save your money and go to the shoppers world location if you are located in Brampton. I have given this location my business in the past and will never make that mistake again. I stopped by today to get repairs done on both sleeves of my shirt and they quoted me at $35.00 per arm! These were relatively simple repairs so the pricing raised red flags. To confirm my suspicions I took a 15 minute trip to the Shoppers world location and the total for everything was $22.88. Whoever runs this location needs to stop taking advantage of people with their bogus pricing.
