Fable Diner
Had the huevos rancheros and a side of rostis, which were good overall. Nice place for brunch and a reasonable price overall, as I shared with my wife due to not being too hungry. Would go back if I’m in the area and want a reliable place for brunch.

Great food, but service left more to be desired. Waited 20 minutes between each course, and server only brought a single card machine when it was time for the bill for the 8 people at our table. On top of this, she left while we were paying, requiring us to sit and wait for ten minutes as she disappeared and did other things. I would come again, but only if you're prepared to be late for your plans after.

Finally decided to try this out. Totally worth it. Probably some of the best scrambled eggs I've ever tasted. Prices are reasonable, service is excellent! One of the best breakfast places in Vancouver that I've tried.

Booked a reservation here on a Sunday and it was quite busy! The food took a bit longer, but that's totally understandable given the time of day.The milkshakes came very quickly and were extremely tasty! Other than the glass cup it came in, there was a stainless steel cup with some extra milkshake in it which was much appreciated.The trucker breakfast plate was very delicious and the hashbrowns were to die for. The French toast was also lovely, but the portion was a bit smaller and less than what we expected.Other than that, the meal was fantastic!

First time trying the brunch menu. The food did take a bit but it was quite busy so it’s understandable . The food was good, but nothing really stood out. The roast duck pancake and french toast portions were quite small for the price. The kimchi that came with the pancake was holding the dish together, but I do think there wasn’t much on the plate (just pancake, duck and kimchi). The french toast was one big loaf with some sauce and whipped cream.Would not name this place as a must go to Brunch Restaurant in Van, but if you’re in the area, and you wanna support local, why not try this place.

Good food, but I would like to see the menus updated. There’s no veggie burger option on the menu, but if you ask the staff, it is something you can get. The trivia night was fun, and I liked that there were food specials for the trivia Wednesday’s, but I was disappointed that onion rings were $4 extra and I only got 7 or 8 onion rings…

Service was great! The food was good. I feel like for the price point it could be larger portion sizes. I asked for over easy eggs but they came out easy/medium, yolks are not runny. But it was still good.Flavours are all there.I recommend it for a nice easy brunch.

Good food and decent service. The coffee was pretty good. We had breakfast with nutritional bowl and French toast. Both were tasty!

Ordered the truckers breakfast and a chocolate milkshake.The food tasted great but my plate lacked the aesthetic appeal of the other dishes being served around me that were presented beautifully. This was probably because my choice of dish was conservative, and I hope to try more exciting dishes on the menu next time.The service, while welcoming and friendly, was on the slower side, but it was understandable as we chose to dine in during weekend brunch hour.All in all, it was a very pleasant dining experience.

Yummy food and generous portions! The pork belly my bf had was delicious but wish there were more to it since it’s kinda small :) My chicken sandwich was super good too and we were so full after the meal!
