J'ai pris un rendez-vous en ligne pour le vaccin contre la grippe 2 jours à l'avance pour un vendredi soir à 19h15. Une fois rendue, je n'ai pas attendu dehors. Il y a quelqu'un qui trie à l'entrée pour indiquer où on doit se diriger. Il y avait des séparations de plexiglas entre les chaises dans la salle d'attente. J'ai attendu seulement quelques minutes pour mon tour. L'infirmière était rapide et efficace; aucune douleur lors de l'injection. On nous demande d'attendre 15 minutes dans la salle d'attente après la vaccination. Le tout a pris 25 minutes au plus.

CLSC les infirmières pour les changements de pansements sont de vraies perles. Sincèrement merci infiniment pour leur travail remarquable. Elles sont d'une patience et d'une douceur inouïe avec leurs patients.

On hine the 3rd I went at 4:45 to have my picc line and stomie cleaned and on june 4 th my stomie started to leak and called to see if I could have it fixed and the lady that answered the phone said they only had 1 nurse and I couldn't come to have it fixed and one of the nurse that worked there told me one time before if I was leaking I could call and have it fixed and the lady in the phone told me to come on my schedule day which is monday and I find the it was a emergency and she should have found away to fit me in either today or fridat

The dedication SOME of the employees display to avoid doing their jobs is stellar. Amazing. Cutting someone off while they're talking is rude. I'm not calling your house during supper guys... I'm literally calling your JOB.

Not for myself but someone I know and trust told me that for blood works and IV treatments: not that great...actually really bad!" They missed a couple of times every time !"

I am very impressed with the staff at this CLSC. They have taken care of my open wound. I go there daily for treatment. I have had several different nurses and nurses aids and they have all been terrific. Reception has also been very helpful in giving me appointments which fit with my schedule. Merci beaucoup. Not recommended at all. Had a vaccination appointment for a family member at 17:30. We came here 15 minutes in advance and waited for 50 minutes. The receptionist keeps telling us we are next but yeah 50 minutes... AVOID

Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec la travailleuse sociale et l'infirmière. Très gentilles, à l'écoute et un bon suivi. La préposée qui est venue s'occuper de notre tante, une perle.
