The staff went out of their way to help me find what I needed. They seem to have fun at work which makes for a comfortable/family business feel. It was a great experience and I 100% recommend them!

I've been going to this place for 5 years now to pick up parts for work, and the service has always been fantastic! We deal with the waterworks side and these guys definitely know their stuff and really do go above and beyond. I had to troubleshoot and rewire a pump, with no manual or wiring diagram, and one of the guys was able to walk me through wiring it over the phone. Top notch service all around!

Don't spend your money here… I relied on Andrew Sheret in Vernon for about a year, and had nothing but problems at every turn. Nearly everything I needed had to be ordered, which always took to long, 3, 4, 5 , 6 weeks. When they make an error, they pass the cost on to their customer. They always seem to shift the blame onto someone else, both at the branch manager level as well as the upper management. Customer concerns on all fronts also appear to be lost on management. It seems they are lost in the norms of the past, and unwilling to change to help both themselves, and their customers. In short, they really fail to meet the minimum standards of customer service, and as a small business owner, they make it impossible to to work with them. I strongly urge anyone considering Andrew Sheret for their supplier, to do themselves a favour and go elsewhere.

Great counter staff and managerWell since I wrote the last review things have not been so good. On three different occasions I have been given the wrong material and when I mentioned it the last time to the manager their response was it was my fault. I was to make sure I received what I had ordered, even though I had a third party pick up and deliver the material. I think they need to review their company policies.

Every single person that I have had the pleasure of dealing with at Sherets in Vernon has been totally wonderful. The service has been exceptional, everyone has been very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Keep up the great work, you guys are the BEST!!

I've been dealing with Andrew Sheret for over 15 years and the service is 1st class. As a contractor getting what I need fast and getting back to work is #1 and Andrew Sheret delivers. The fact that they have excellent products and a huge inventory is icing on the cake.

Exceptional service and advice

Poor customer service. I have been to the one in salmon arm lots and they are great with customer service. Was at this Vernon location today and waisted 45 minutes and didn't get anything I needed. The staff member helping definitely needs more training. Ended up going to home Depot and getting what I needed in two minutes.

It's a 1 for now because I bought a 3k shower off them. Didn't give me the right doors. And are now basically saying oh well. Nothing we can do" and I have a shower half installed and can't use..."
