I had an exceptional experience with Shreya during my entire visit. Right from warmly welcoming us upon arrival to the very end, she displayed remarkable dedication and support. Even when we encountered a disagreement regarding a displayed price, she promptly resolved the issue by consulting her manager and ensured we received top-notch customer service. Shreya's assistance was truly invaluable.

I went to Leons to look for a coffee table today. The entire store smelled super strongly of perfume. I didn't stay in the store long because it smelled so strongly. I've never before had an experience in a store like this, but when I got into my car I still smelled the perfume. When I got home my partner asked why I smell like perfume (we both are allergic to most perfumes as it gives us headaches ect.) I explained to him about Leons. I ended up having to take a shower.... Will never enter this store again.

We had a great experience shopping at Leon’s. We bought all new furniture for our new house here. Our salesman, Ryder, was absolutely fantastic! He really went above and beyond. Highly recommended this store.

Sometime ago, I had posted a very negative review, however, I would now like provide a little context. Leon's was very responsive to the negative review, and received a call from the store manager. He was most professional, explained that he would get to the bottom of the issue and try to resolve. The issue was with the MFG of the bed. I am happy to say that Leons has gone above and beyond for us. As a result, we have purchased more furniture. I would gladly recommend Leons. In my business, we always go to bat for our clients, so this was much appreciated.

Same thing. Delivered a broken couch. I have a small home there's no room for things that aren't being used. They should come get it right away but they won't. I understand it's a chain and they need to follow certain procedures. But ensuring satisfied customers should be the number one priority. The delivery guys didn't know what they were doing. They did not take the garbage as promised. I called to tell them to pick it up because it was defective 10 minutes after it arrived. The person they have answering the phone had a thick accent, not a big deal but when the second person picked up the phone was condescending. I was probably somewhat curt, this to be expected with someone who waited 2 months for a defective product. I'll never shop here again.

I had a great experience with leons! Customer service response was instant. Our fridge was delivered within a week. The delivery team arrived right on time (they said between 8 and 11 and they showed up just after 8) They managed to take out my old fridge and put the new one in SO quickly!
