The Brick

We went to the Brick yesterday to look at a new Mattress. Sales person Jim Gill was awesome as usual and gave us great information which led us to purchasing our new Sterns and Foster bed. Thanks a million Jim, you are a wealth of knowledge when it comes to your products and we appreciate all your help.

Fantastic service from the North Bay store! We went looking for a new mattress and box spring and the sales person who helped us out was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us make the right choice for our needs. Additionally, the delivery was smooth and seamless! We will definitely providing the North Bay Brick with further business!

Great job! The black flies were terrible but the young men stuck around and worked so hard. We are very grateful! Needed a new fridge fast and the great team at The Brick were awesome! Fantastic service and sales prices were a huge bonus. Our sales consultant Jim is the best - very happy customers. Another great experience at this store.

The showroom was well laid out and clean. That's a good start for me. We were there to look at double recliners and the Brick had by far the best selection in town. One thing I definitely noticed was that it's easy to make a sofa look good, but form and function are equally as important. The majority of the reclining sofas we tried at the other big stores were not designed to be comfortable.....all about the looks. Almost every sofa I sat in at the Brick was super comfortable and supportive with seemingly higher quality construction. I'm glad we finally found what we're after....at a great price too! Thanks to Derek for helping us out!

My experience at The Brick North Bay was nothing short of phenomenal. I was someone who “didn’t know what I didn’t know” about beds and mattress-buying. Derek from their sales team walked me through everything I needed to know to make an informed decision, even ensuring that the delivery landed on a day that worked well with my schedule. The delivery staff were quick and efficient in bringing in my new purchase and assembling it for me. I am very satisfied with my decision to shop at The Brick North Bay, and would highly recommend them to anyone who appreciates professional and courteous customer service.

My wife and I needed a replacement for our old basic refrigerator-freezer at our cottage and our cottage neighbour recommended The Brick based upon a recent purchase at their store . After 45 years living in North Bay we had not previously purchased there.I called a day ahead and spoke to Derek E. in Sales and he said he would be pleased to assist us when we visited next day which we did. Firstly, do not be surprised by the relatively small storefront, the store is actually gigantic inside and the selection of refrigerator brands, sizes, features and prices was outstanding.Derek was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful in us making our final selection. He was undoubtedly the best sales representative that I have ever encountered. Our choice was made even the better when Derek advised that the model we chose had a substantial sale discount that wasn’t apparent to us. He didn’t need to do that but that shows his professionalism. Their delivery cost to Rutherglen and the required Environmental Disposal Fee were extremely reasonable and our new refrigerator was coming into their store the following day with delivery shortly thereafter to suit our mutual schedules.Totally recommend The Brick based upon our excellent experience. As a relative aside, we were playing in the Farquhar Golf Tournament the following day in support of the Regional Hospital Child Care Unit. There was a 4 person team representing The Brick and I told the Owner who was participating of our great experience which she was pleased to hear of. I had read earlier that The Brick North Bay has been a long-standing community supporter and this was confirmed by their participation and $600 cost of tournament entry.

First delivery drivers went WAY above and beyond and it was an incredible experience. There was an error with delivery, but it was cleared up very quick. Highly recommend the Brick North Bay! Carm was a great salesperson as well, and very patient!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great pricing. Our sales supervisor stayed after hours to make sure we were taken care of.The annual tent sale is always worth the time! Happy with our purchase and service!

I’ve been a Brick customer for decades for my rentals and recently furnished a full apartment for a Ukrainian family. Michelle and Beth were incredible hunting for pieces and price checking. When delivery was short-handed, Hayden came from the office to work with Micah, moving everything quickly, and even creatively moving the large sectional through a small set of apartment doors. I highly recommend the Brick. Why shop elsewhere when you can get this level of service locally?
