*Update March 14th, 2022My Givenchy Seventeen second hand is not ticking with the proper alignment with the background dial markings, I've tried to call 3 times and left 2 voicemails. haven't heard back for the last couple of days. no call back, no pick up. I am worried if the warranty will be honoured.march 15th,2:56 PM after multiple calls, the phone got through, i guess its really busy right now. Will be going in for a quick repair.5:57 pm march 16th, Andrew was able to take a look at my watch and make the adjustments.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Thank you Andrew for helping me with these 3 watches.My seiko was originally purchased in Taiwan about 15 ~ 16 years ago, after many years it wouldn't wind up anymore. So glad you were able to fix this as this was the 1st automatic watch gifted from my father. Loved a good chat with you when I came in to pick up my watch, I was unaware that you've acquired your watch repair degree back in 1977! Also, I was referred from a watch retail shop in guildford mall. As a local guide, I would definitely recommend everyone to come in for their watch repair and touch up.P.S. please don't watch youtube videos and try to fix it yourself, i made that mistake, so i make Andrew work harder trying to put it back together. Luckily, I didn't tamper with any original pieces, I just sabatage them all =( well, lesson learned.***All comes with 1 year warranty!

I have a small cuckoo clock that he restored. Very knowledgeable and professional. I'm returning for maintenance on my clock. Only trust him to maintain. Highly recommend his services.

My father needed his watch repaired. Store to open at 10am. My father’s senior wife waited 20 minutes and nobody showed. Another guy also was waiting. Lost two customers because of negligence to show up on time.

This is a good place to get your watch repaired. Mr. Michealowski did numerous repairs in my collection and doesn’t fail to amaze me. He is quick, honest, and doesn’t overcharge you. I recently went there to get a watch fixed and his lovely wife and their cute dog Luna was there to greet me. He did a fantastic job repairing my watch and unlike some places, he gives a fair price. He also gives advice on how to maintain your watch. Overall, time center is a trusted and professional place that I regularly go to.

Great service and price, have used before and even with the longer trip, there is no one else that I will take my watches to. They fixed my one thirty old seiko, that 2 other businesses had advised me scrap. They fixed in one day for great price and two years later is still keeping perfect time. This time they fixed another watch for me, replaced the movement and gasket and were finished the same day.

An interesting little place with a mishmash of clocks around the place and what looks to be someone's garage sale goods for sale in a box at the door. Jewelry was dropped of and no ticket given....just a card and you leave a phone number with them. Bracelet was repaired but with a different colour pin than the entire piece....ok.... no probs but watch repaired came back with gouge in leather bracelet band. ( !?) Of course they didn't do it..... and if you pay cash you don't have to pay tax apparently.

Experiencing water leakage to my mod g shock. Andrew turned around and cleared the fog within 15 mins. Reasonable price and great service

The owner was very disorganized. I dropped 3 watches off for a battery change and he told me the battery change should be ready in an hour. I couldn't make it that day so he said they'll be ready for pickup the following day. I went to pick them up, and it took him 5 minutes to find my watches. When he did, none of them had the battery change completed. I had an appointment to get to so I could not wait for him to finish the battery change. I DO NOT recommend going here to get your watch battery changed. It is expensive and the service is very poor.

They were able to adjust my automatic Invicta time piece and reattach a label on my Seiko watch for a very reasonable price. I'm very pleased with the service I received.
