Slow and rude. I asked if they knew offhand which flavours were vegan and they said “they’re all vegan” which they are not. They also laughed at my brother when he asked for an ingredients list when he went and asked another day. You don’t have to know but at least try or offer the ingredients list.

So you upsell on the reusable buckets, however you do not refill the buckets. Why sell them in the first place. Total waste of money

I had a bad experience with Kernels at Limeridge last week. I bought two large packs of butter salt and Kettlecorn for my kids. The butter salt one was filled with left over broken small pieces of popcorn. While waiting to receive the packs, I noticed one of the serving girls at their counter was snacking from the Kettlecorn bin. Extremely over priced and poorly trained staff. I would never visit Kernels again.

I buy douple hit from kernels in downtown Toronto, it tast so good so I go to this store and buy same kind of popcorn and it tast like it make from 3 months ago

Great prices. I live the popcorn. And your staff is very attentive, kind and respectful. You follow Covid protocols and treat everyone including myself with the utmost respect. Keep it up. I'll be back many more times!

Use to put extra seasoning for a fee now they say they don't do that anymore and you can clearly taste that they harly season the popcorn now it just taste very plain the kernals / baskin robins near Dundas is much better quality
