Horrible customer service. Ordered a $100 customized hat, told it will be ready within three business days, it has been over a week now (so 7 business days as they are open all week) and no phone call, when I try to call no one picks up the phone even though they are open. I called two days ago and it was still not ready. The guy even asked me to call him the next day to remind him to finish making it - ummm WHAT??!! Very frustrated and will not be going back to this location.

Not sure how this chain works. Staff are helpful for sure but the options are limited they don't carry all teams...an example no Clippers Gear. And that's across the country. I contacted those corporate office. They don't carry Clips gear in Canada.... What?!

Great staff in this location. I came and browsed, staff were helpful but not obtrusive. When I returned the second time they welcomed me back. Went sometime in December after a poor experience from the Robson store.

Horrible and unfriendly staff. Went in to get a custom made hat so I made a .dst file like they asked and apparently they couldn't do it. So I'm waiting to hear from them wondering when I can pick up my hat but they don't even have the decency to call me and tell me that it's not working. Super unfriendly girl is not even sorry for what happened and tells me that I can come and get my money back. I'm never stepping foot in one of your shops again. I'm very disappointed.

Horrible customer service, Mateo the “sales associate” could not be bothered to help me, and was focused more on stocking the shelves. I was asking him question about products and he didn’t even look at me, just spoke while walking away, I was then in front of a mirror trying on something and he opened the door which the mirror was on and left it open. I will NOT be shopping here as long as that person works here, I advise everyone else to go somewhere else.
