Passed by and found this store because it sells MOSCOT lemtosh frames with nose pad! Denis was very professional. And he helped me adjust the frames to make sure it’s suitable and comfortable before he moved forward to make my lenses. And waiting time is short since they already had Zeiss lenses in store. Placed the order on Saturday, picked up on Wednesday. Love the frame and Zeiss lenses. Overall it was great experience.

I recently purchased a pair of beautiful blackfin glasses from Dennis at EyeCity Optical. I was so happy with his selection and service. It was the first store I have found in Vancouver that has a really stylish and modern selection of quality frames. I have been back to get an adjustment and the service has been prompt and super positive. Had an excellent experience at EyeCity Optical. I was helping my mom out and Dennis gave her red carpet service. He did not come across as pushy for sales. Dennis's product knowledge was on point. I watched him help my mom out by finding products that met her (funny and random) needs, but also observed him stand back and let the selection of frames speak to her. It was an interesting process to watch, glasses are special purchases. People are connecting and identifying with how they want to be perceived, and EyeCity Optical is like a magical portal where the right frames will find you, and Dennis is a gifted facilitator.....Also, they displayed strong Covid protocols, sterilizing each product after touch.I 100% recommend supporting this small business. Lots of great cafes and boutiques around, nice neighbourhood to explore.

Great selection of brands you may struggle to find elsewhere. Dennis introduced me to Kerl eyewear and they're so ridiculously good that I'm scared to return as I'll probably buy another pair. Solid experience all around.

I've been getting my eyeglasses from EyeCity Optical now for 7 years and I've had 7 years of the best service imaginable. Dennis and his wife Juliana go the extra mile every single time. They have seen me into three pairs of glasses, umpteen refits, umpteen cleanings, umpteen lens replacements under warranty and only when I broke my frames recently and he told me Tom these cannot be repaired" did I doubt him momentarily. They were of course irreparable and now I'm into another pair of wonderful frames
