Costco Gas Station

Me and my family using Charmin Tissues only since years. I visit Costco on Feb 13 2023 and I wanted to buy Charmin tissues but they were on the rack. All the other brands was on the floor. When I spoke with Tyler (Floor manager) told me to wait 30 min to 45 min as their one of the crew was offloading the trailer and it might be inside the trailer. Why should I wait as a customer. But still I waited around 20mi. but there was no luck.

Location of the gas station is poorly planned. So much traffic and everyone is in a hurry to cut you off. People drive in this lot, like they are driving in India. Gotta fight for every inch of driving space.

The long lines waiting to fill up are a big turnoff for me but I can't argue with what they have to offer. Their gas is usually priced a little bit lower than nearby competitors and the place is clean, with staff standing by to offer assistance.

My husband and I were impressed with the services of a young woman named Courtney. Another rep might have been annoyed or frustrated with us but not Courtney. She was intelligent helpful and quite professional. Thank you Courtney

Gas is usually 4-5 cent cheaper than other gas stations in Costco Gas station plus you got the points too.only problem is some time is big line up.

I just refueled here, this was less crowded than Toronto and its very close to 401, so if you are traveling west to east ( or vice versa ) and need a Costco gas station, this is the best choice.

Moves fast. Doesn't matter how long the line is, you'll move faster than you think.

Prices are obviously very competitive. However there is always a line up, which is extremely badly managed by the Costco staff. At other Costco gas stations the staff is out there directing the flow of cars. Here in Ajax the staff is usually busy with themselves and hiding away.
