Terrible after sales service for such high end brand. Been a long time customer. The quality of products have been terrible and even worse is the customer service. Dealt with the Assistant Manager and completely unwilling to help. This is the state of shoes after 3 times of use indoors.

I love this brand and it’s quality, beside that I have an amazing experience with the staff Daniel and especially the manager Nick, my running shoes needed repair and the manager did an amazing job in following up and at the end they decided to replace it with brand new one in order to keep their customer happy! I am so thankful and happy with their customer service and highly recommend their store! You will enjoy their fantastic high quality products and friendly environment with the best customer service!

Didn't buy and just browsed around but wow what a great service by Nicola. Took the time to explain the brand history AND gave me some recommendations as well. I love it when salespeople do this as it helps solidify a brand relationship (I'm a big marketing guy).Store is decently sized and has a good amount of variety of reasonably priced luxury goods. Definitely going to go back again to bring my wife!

Great shopping experience here as usual but I would like to recognize Daniel for his care and attentive service. I was shopping with my husband for a gift for his Mother, and based on the details we gave, Daniel was able to recommend a gorgeous purse. Happy to report my MIL absolutely loves it!!! Great attention to detail, Daniel, you are appreciated for making our shopping experience quick and painless.

The brand has some nice belts and Men's leather briefcases. The staff vibration is off. Maybe it has to do with the overall walkthrough traffic in the store as more customers seem to browse instead of buy. However I do not get the same VIP service as I do at Harry Rosen.

Bought a pair of shoes that took almost week and half to come and they sent me a shoes size 9 in a shoes box of 8.5 which I ordered. I called to to request them to correct it and express ship the correct size as I wanted to use the shoe and they said express shipping is not available and that i have to return the shoe using the label provided in the box and wait for the refund!! Poor overall service
