Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Had a vehicle rented on my behalf from my insurance company. Accident was not my fault so I did not have to pay 4 the rental.I did have to put down a 1 hundred dollar deposit which was to be returned upon the return of the vehicle. Sounds simple enough.Enterprise at this point had done unauthorized transactions multiple times on my credit card. I have now gone to Visa with a dispute and have had to cancel my credit card and get a new card.Went directly to Enterprise at Government and Bay St talked to a guy named Mark who is a dumb as the day is long. ZERO help from him or the company he represents.DO NOT EVER GET A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE. SCAMMERS!!!

got a 4 day rental from this location it was aMazda Cx3 used it for 2 days, 3rd day i opened the cover of sunroof and found these BOOGERS stuck all over it. all the dots in the glass is not dirt thats what i thought, they are BOOGERS and PET HAIR all over the car , had rented from enterprise in the past never had any complaints or problems but this is really sad.PLEASE CLEAN YOUR CARS BEFORE RENTING IT OUT ""

I rented car for one day and the process was smooth and transparent. I really liked that they were clear about all the fee and charges. There were no surprises and the price for the rental was pretty reasonable too. I would take the service again for sure.

Marc, who drove me from my house to the shop, Mark, who assisted me in setting up with a car, and Paul, who assisted me in swapping the car for a different one and also gave me a ride back home after I dropped the car. Everyone in this shop is dedicated to providing you with exceptional service. Amazing people, incredible service. This is the place to go if you want to rent a car.

We got picked up at the Ferry from Port Angeles by Mark and taken to Enterprise. He was polite and obliging.When we got there we were given a Honda Civic, it was a great car, went around a lot of the Island without a problem.Brought it back 2 days earlier than the rental agreement, adjusted the contract all on the spot, was a great deal and no hassles.Next time we come to Victoria, we'll be using them again.Also customer service was fantastic.

Rented a Mitsubishi RVR for a little weekend getaway and very much enjoyed it! The staff at the Victoria location (Bay Street) are friendly, knowledgeable, and very clear with expectations and details. Our car was clean, great on gas, and fun to cruise around in for a few days! 100% would recommend renting from Enterprise.

A great experience – except that our drop-off location somehow got changed from downtown Vancouver to a Toyota dealership in Burnaby, where the receiving agent was every bit as confused as we were.So really, not great at all.

I rented a vehicle for a 3 day trip in the spring. They picked me up at the airport and dropped me off when I returned. The staff was very friendly. I drove a newer Camry which was great on gas. The gas tank was 3/4 full when I picked it up and I returned it full so they compensated for the extra fuel I bought. It was very nice and no problems. I will certainly book with them the next time I am out in Victoria

I've been an Enterprise customer for years, all over Canada/US. Got a free upgrade when my economy car wasn't available, unlimited mileage, reasonable daily rental price, free customer pick-up.
