I Bought a pre owned luxury vehicle from the southside location. I called and texted the sales person to confirm if there was any damages on the vehicle and they said no. I took the sales persons word and signed the paperwork. I went to go pick up the vehicle and found Multiple damages on it. I spoke to the sales person and they Shrugged their shoulders and said it's a used vehicle. The vehicle was not detailed properly and as I was driving it home the vehicle had a hard time slowing down, I was concerned so i took it to a certified shop to get it checked out. The shop inspected the vehicle and found that the brakes had to be replaced, and also a list of of other mechanical failures that required Immediate attention which came to $12,000. I held off and took it to another certified shop and got the same result.

There's always the apprehension of finding the right car and if you're not a massive car person like myself, it's probably amplified. I had Josh at the location helping me out -- he was great. He was professional, super informative, and accommodating when it came to helping me find the right vehicle in my price range and understanding of what vehicles would fit those parameters without compromising. I didn't feel like I was being pushed like I have at other dealerships in the city. Obviously, they want to make a sale and are doing what they can to close the deal, but it felt like integrity was behind a potential sale -- wanting to help me find the right car was just as important. A real smooth experience overall with good people working there.

Bought a car here less than a year ago. Put less than 10,000km On the car, the brakes are completely shot the starter went, the front suspension has had clunks since I bought it. I’ve tried to contact them via email and no response about this for over 10 months. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable car, or customer service that will help you when you’re not satisfied with your purchase.

Hands down my best experience buying a motorcycle, if you’re looking for a car/truck/bike I highly recommend coming here first. Everyone was VERY friendly and helpful, especially Josh, from helping me find my dream bike, to loading her up. I will be back here again. Thanks again guys!!

Josh help my son pick his first motorcycle. Josh’s approach was straight ahead, helpful and supportive. It’s an old bike that needs some maintenance love - perfect for a beginner. Josh was upfront about that, and I’m sure my son will connect with him again when it’s time to buy a replacement.
