Absolutely amazing. Brought my totalled bike in after getting run off the road at night to see if anyone could help and Ian helped in any/every way he could. Talked to me and gave me great advice on how to be seen/safer on the road. I cannot say thank you enough!!

All that I needed was in the purple bike shop. I wanted to replace my rear view mirror and phone mount. Ian's shop had brands that I can't easily find on the internet and were improvements over what I started my bike journey with. Very helpful, well organized, and spacious place.

Thanks to Ecclestone Cycle, I was able to buy my first bike this year. It has gotten me to and from work everyday. I am grateful to be riding such a nice bike on my commutes to work. If you need to stop by for minor repairs, (like more oil on your chain or air in your tires)they got you covered. They have all sorts of accessories for your bike and are very knowledgeable on them. The shop is well stocked. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Their standards on safety are excellent during these covid times. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Wow. Very nice bike shop in Bracebridge. Good selection of mountain, hybrid, and road bikes. If you are looking for bike accessories or apparel this store has it all. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and a full service repair shop also. If you live in the area and just need a quick tune up or are passing through on your way to the cottage this is definitely worth a visit.

Great experience with Ecclestone Cycle. I only needed a couple of tires (this time) but Ian was extremely helpful on the phone. Despite facing crippling supply-chain issues due to the pandemic they were able to provide what I needed. Most importantly, their Covid prevention precautions are exceptional with pre-scheduled appointments, being met at the door and guided through the store, to minimizing points of contact (they held the door open for me) to avoid cross-contamination. It's easy to support local businesses when the service is this good.
