My doctor is wonderful, but while she was away the doctor I saw refused to renew my ASTHMA PUMP. I luckily was able to have that done elsewhere. Very hard to get the line.

Horrible service, doctors and receptionist do not communicate. Time was taken off of work and wasted.receptionists are very un accommodating, disrespectful and uniformed. Really disappointing.

Highly recommended

Never answer the phone and just send you back to the menu.

Accès extérieur un peu chaotique, mais c'est en construction. Attention: les marches extérieures sont glissante avec la pluie et il y a un gros trou tout près en haut de celle-ci.Le personnel à l'accueil à l'air écoeuré de leur job et sont pas super sympathiques. Posez pas trop de questions: ça ne leur tente pas de répondre.Sinon l'infirmier au tri est très gentil et bienveillant.Le médecin est ok: pas jasant, mais bon ... 15 minutes top chrono pour te soigner"

Before Dr.Pouliot moved to this clinic it was not so bad, wasn't the greatest service at the other place but so much better then this new place. They never have her schedule. Its been since November I've been trying to see her for my sons 5 year check up and we are now January 31st and had trouble again getting an appointment. Also being told they don't really do 5 year old check ups anymore when everyone at my sons daycare have all seen their doctors for their 5 year old check up. What is that about.... When asking about myself - to know when I should be due for my general check up they give you a date of the last time you were there but they don't know what it was for. The lady was very rude and didn't even listen to what I was saying. I get you get thousands of calls but your job is to answer phones and be polite and help people.

Dr. Awada is amazing and takes the time to answer your questions. He will recommend you to specialists if need be, thank-you!
