These guys are unbelievable. I’ve been here 3 times in the last 3 years after picking up a mail in my tire. I’ve never waited long regardless of how busy they are and the price of repair was shockingly low. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Why 5 stars?1) Customer service to the point where it should be. Very rare to find nowadays.2) Great variety on tires, different companies and very reasonable prices3) Great turnaround time in getting the tires changed4) Rims at prices, which no one can beat in Barrie5) Support local, build economy!

I have always gone to the dealership, then a colleague recommended The Tire Guys. I was extremely impressed with their customer service, not just with me but also listening to them with other customers. They go out of their way to accommodate, educate and make sure their customers leave with a smile from their service. I highly recommend them and can see their business growing from their warm hospitality. Definitely coming back.
