I would like to highly recommend JTS services. I hired them in June 2020 to help me secure a property in Tofino. I am living in Toronto, so needed to do this all remotely. Taina and team were incredibly supportive and resourceful. I needed to have the locks changed and they were able to find a locksmith and supervise this activity. They did biweekly checks on the property – inside and out, and sent me reports with pictures and advised me in a timely way of any concerns within the house. I was not able to visit the property due to Covid, but felt 100% confident that it was in good hands. My calls were always returned promptly and anything I needed was taken care of. This company exemplifies outstanding customer service backed by trustworthy guards. I can’t thank them enough for their support.
