I am happy to say that I had the pleasure to not only have attended one of Paul's in-person workshops, but also to have experienced his coaching as well, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences! Paul is the type of person who is completely authentic and relatable... You can tell he truly has your best interest at heart, and he makes you truly feel heard and understood. Aside from his obvious immense insight, I feel like Paul really uses his intuition skills to tune into the discussion and let it go where it needs to go. For example - when we were discussing one 'area of concern' in my life, Paul brought up a few words and ideas that he mentioned popped up spontaneously for him, and those ideas happened to be really pivotal in helping me come to immense clarity and insight during our conversation. I completed a 4-session group workshop series with Paul and would definitely recommend. The content and process help facilitate personal growth in a seemingly simple, yet powerful way. Paul's delivery includes personal stories and antidotes to make it very easy to understand, relate to and apply. His style and presence are very supportive, inspiring and calming. I recently worked with Paul to host a virtual workshop for the Fortune 500 company I am working for. Two of our Employee Resource Groups partnered with Paul to bring his session to our organization via Zoom. We had fantastic turnout and engagement during the session as Paul walked us through the 7 Levels of Leadership. His examples were relevant to the work we do and had everyone nodding their head in familiarity. The tools Paul shared are helpful for each employee individually, but also give us a common language to speak in across the organization. I would highly recommend Paul as a speaker for the workplace as his teachings are relevant across positions and career levels and he delivers in such a positive and motivating way.
