Nothing but positive things to say about Ray The Hot Tub Guy. Called and he as there same day and had us fixed up. The best part is that during the visit he explained everything that he was doing and walked us through the process. We never need to look for anyone else to service our swim spa.

First class service and very personable. Ray came shortly after I contacted him and very quickly found the cause of the leak in my tub. He removed the broken piece, took it back to his shop and was back the same day with a replacement. I unconditionally recommend him to anyone needing honest and reliable service. We received a prompt reply and service call. When he was here, Ray was clearly passionate about what he does which ensures that he’s determined to do a good job! He educated us on what he was doing and why. When he found the issue with our spa, he showed us the difference between the bad part and the good part that needed replaced. Then to top it all off, his price was very reasonable and affordable!!!
