Was into the shop today to sell. was helped by Steven. Very friendly and helpful ,store was very clean, lots of quality items . It started getting busy while I was being helped. Staff ensured a greeting to all arrivals.

Tried to sell my ring there but when they lied about the size of the diamond and then tried to lie and say it had a crack in it, I left. Obviously they just want to bring the price down by lying to customers. Extremely shady. This ring is backed up by a reputable company and proof of the diamond quality and this store wants to try to lie. They must think that customers won't know the difference. Lol

Prices are too high, even at 30% off it's better off to go to 1 of the other 2 pawn shops on the corner to pay less at their full asking price. Staff making remarks when i ask them about prices. Overall bad experience, wont be coming back.
