Have been going to this shop since it opened in its original incarnation in its old location at Austin Station. The new owners seem really great and are always helpful whenever we go. So happy to have a wonderful local business to patronize instead of a big box store or web resource. Plus, they have a great selection of specialty foods so that we can get our big guy the stuff that he needs as a large breed senior. Thanks to this shop!

Had a great visit to this shop today. The owner was very knowledgeable and friendly, very willing to listen to our concerns about our pup pulling and offered several tools to help. It is very clean and welcoming and I was thrilled to see the many types of freeze-dried raw options. Will be in again!

I discovered this little gem of a shop because I moved to the area last spring.Right from the get go, I was greeted by unobtrusive, friendly, and very helpful staff The store's super clean, and they carry a LOT of products from local small businesses.Staff are impressively knowledgeable about the huge array of different pet foods they carry, including many raw options, as well as the supplements, treats and pet accessories.My dog will NOT let us pass by this store without stopping and staring in the door longingly. They always have a variety of their best treats available for Frankly to snack on whilst we shop.A+ has a rewards program, so after a certain $ amount spent, you will receive a discount on your next purchase...oh.And they offer FREE LOCAL DELIVERY!!I honestly can't think of any reason NOT to buy all my dog's supplies here.

We love Fylopets for a variety of reasons! They have a great variety of pet food choices including a variety of raw foods! The happy pet loving employees and owners are very knowledgeable about their products! We find that they are very willing and able to give great advice in regards to food choice questions! Our dogs love them all and highly recommend visiting the local store!

Ever since finding them I could not speak more highly! When I just can’t get to any store in person to pick up my cat Belles food, I know I can always place for delivery. They are so fantastic and I appreciate it so much. Especially when I had covid at the beginning of March this year, they really saved us. The best local pet store!

I love stopping by with my dog Rowan, the staff is always wonderful and well informed. The products they stock are unique and diverse. I especially love the biothane leash and a cool nose work hide. Would recommend this shop to all dog lovers.
