Extremely rude service. I called to ask a question about my Appoinment, first time they did not pick up the phone, second time they did...The person who picked up the phone was extremely rude. He told that he has a meeting and I should not call and disturb him and need to text instead and wait for the answer, and that it's ridiculous to call second time if someone does not pick up the phone the first time... I just hanged the phone in shock, absolutely unbelievable rudeness!

Steven was excellent to deal with and exceeded our expectations. Website was easy to navigate, fees were very reasonable, and follow up instructions were quick and easy to follow. In addition, although I normally take pride in my attention to detail, Steven in fact picked up two issues in the information that we submitted to him - one was easier to spot but the other really required someone who knows what to look for, as it was a detail that had not occurred to me. Actual meeting was quick and easy and the notarized document was in my inbox almost immediately. Highly recommend that others use this service based on our experience!

Steven is a very sound professional and demonstrated exceptional punctuality and customer service skills. I obtained service for notarization of Statutory declaration, the process, from booking of appointment through payment of invoice was very smooth and well managed.Further, to add more, Steven was kind enough to address extenuating circumstances as well i.e. accommodating me on account of adverse weather conditions.

Needed a notary signature for a statutory declaration form. I was able to make an appointment on the same week and have it completed on time. Waited outside for 5-10 mins, but it was efficient and price was reasonable.

Hello Steven,It was buried amongst a host of other content. Nonetheless, I take responsibility for not getting the documents in time.That said, your handling of the meeting was atrocious. You did not show up. You did not notify us that the meeting was canceled. You made no attempt to let us know that the documents were not received. Furthermore, you made no attempt to rectify the situation.What is abundantly clear is that you should not be in this business. Presumably this is not the first time this has happened and yet you continue to just re-send the same boiler-plate, non-specific email. Do better Steven.I ended up using Notary Pro, and while I paid a premium for the services, they were world class. You get what you pay for.I would highly recommend avoiding Notary Assist.

Steven was punctual, professional and got the work done. I recommend doing a quick and easy service like this one for a lower price, than go elsewhere where they charge 3x the cost. Will save you time and money.
