Great place to find plus size casual and work clothing in a variety of sizes and styles.The staff was very helpful, they are in a new temporary location in the mall and only have 3 change rooms and it was very busy but they were organized and tried to get people into them quickly.

Purchased a dress. The store clerk didn't remove the security tag. I live 250 km away and now have to make a special trip back to the city to get the tag removed. So disappointed:(

I Love Torrid and the staff are just so delightful. I could spend every penny here and still want more. I feel gorgeous in the clothes, and I have more confidence because of it. The staff at Chinook Torrid have been an absolute joy and are so kind to their shoppers.

I give Torrid a 5 star because they sell WW shoes. This is the only place I find my shoe sizes. This place is also very affordable.

Always love going in to Torrid. Some of the best customer service is there. The clothes are beautiful and the fitting rooms are gorgeous (they even have fans you can turn on if it's too hot while trying on clothes!)

I like shopping at torrid, but I find the clothes so expensive and they are not the greatest quality at times. Some shirts are thin and sorta see through. Also I bought a very expensive bathing suit ($100+) from here last year and took it to Mexico with me and it got destroyed when i wemt swimming in the ocean one time. I feel like torrid is a hit or miss. The style is nice but sometimes the clothing doesn't hold up the greatest.Other times the clothes are amazing quality like the dresses and jeans, and i feel the prices for those match other retailers.

I just have to say I love torrid it’s one of my favourite places to shop because not many stores have nice clothes with a wide range in sizing so any time I’m able I will go to torrid but I had such an awful experience at this location the sales ladies didn’t even acknowledge me and when I went to ask for help they made me feel so judged for asking if they had another colour in a dress I was looking at she said “if it did you would see it on the floor this is what we have” which made me feel like she had so much attitude towards me she could’ve just said “no sorry” and that would’ve been just fine and then I asked to try something on and the lady who gave me my fitting room said the dress I picked “wouldn’t look good on my body shape” and I felt so offended I just left I still can’t believe it they need to do more training with their employees on customer service because I’m never going back to this location again.

They have a beautiful selection of fashion clothing. Casual wear, formal wear, swim wear as well as great selection of under garments.The customer service is A+. Their Team is very knowledgeable and customer care is at its highest.
