Each and every one of them is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Shockingly great customer service and support!I live to Vancouver BC. My relative in Penticton passed away after a long hospital stay. He had been a happy Premium Mobility customer.Now, I had to travel to Penticton to retrieve the heavy electric wheelchair my cousin left behind. The people at Premium not only gave me valuable advice, they sent a crew to meet me at Westview Pl. Hospital and used their equipment (and muscle) to load the chair into my van!At 60 myself, I remember the days of quality people and quality care mostly as only a memory of a forgotten time.The folks at Premium shocked me with a level of friendly helpful customer service that remained faithful.... even to help after their customer had passed away. Who does that anymore? Bravo!I don't write reviews. Maybe that shows in the above. I had to take time to say something. I take my hat off to this company and their staff. Amazing service Premium!

I've been looking for a scooter for a few months mainly checking on line. The difficulty with on line is that if there is a problem you have to figure it out yourself and then you have to find someone who will service it.This problem was solved at Premium Mobility. I dealt with Steen, one of the partners. He listened to what I wanted, made suggestions and explained a lot about scooters. We zeroed in on one type of scooter that would give me sufficient range and was maneuverable enough so that I could get it on an elevator and even bring it in my unit. It also had a basket in front and larger one on the back for shopping - all are removable.Steen has years of experience, is very knowledgeable and helpful. He delivered the scooter and showed me how best to maneuver it on the elevator and right to my unit. It was a pleasant experience and comforting to know that he is only a phone call away if there are any issues. I highly recommend Premium Mobility

This has to be the best Mobility store in Penticton. Almost all of the employees are so skilled and qualified about mobility equipment. My handicapped husband has needed a wheelchair, a walker, a cane and other mobility supplies and these people just go above and beyond to help. Then after your purchase when you leave the store they are always there if issues arrive to answer questions , to do repairs, what other company does this? No one. Premium Mobility, the best store hands down.

Premium Mobility in Penticton is amazing. Their customer service is second to none. I first dealt with them in the summer of 2022 and they could not have been more helpful, courteous and professional. Today my 4 wheel scooter died on me, I phoned them and they were there in minutes and I can have my scooter back tomorrow. Real customer service is alive and well at Premium Mobility thank you once again.

Where else can you find sales reps that also have a extensive service & repair background. Chris Steen & Scott know their products right down to the nut & bolt level. Marlee in administration is always helpful & friendly.A fantastic group of people, I feel like I'm dealing with friends who have my best interest at heart & their primary concern is keeping me mobile & independent & not just doing what the big wigs & their corporate policy tell them they can do.
