I mean, what can I say! This place is something special :) I came with a friend to buy a gift for her friend's birthday and she wasn't sure she would find one. So we browsed and guess what? She left the store with 6 gifts!! There is so much to discover here, it really is a hidden gem in Sudbury that I just discovered myself.

Ethan helped us find everything we needed for our first time dirt bike rider. He was very polite, funny, honest and attentive. He made sure to give us several options and explained why each item was (or wasn’t) necessary when it came to riding gear.

1 week ago, I needed better driving gloves. After we searched the rack ourselves, Andrew came to help. He steered me to a totally different kind of glove, cycling gloves. I used them all this past week and they were awesome, not to mention on sale which was even better. Thanks Andrew.

Was just in this store and their customer service is terrible. A friend and I were browsing for minimum half an hour and not one person asked if we needed help, keep in mind an employee walked right by us and said nothing. To top it all off when we go to pay, both of the cashiers did not even acknowledge us and finally one of them did and then she just pointed to the other cashier, and that cashier was just as miserable.

Andrew, the employee really helped me and my family find helmets and clothing items for our bikes. He went out of his way to stay late so we could find our right items and I really appreciate his help. Definitely going back again an hope Andrew is there

First time rider and a friend who's been riding for about a year suggested Royal Distributing. An employee named Andrew helped me and he was more than helpful and friendly in aiding me to purchase the correct gear without pushing me to buy the most expensive items. He explained to me what he prefers and why and also showed other options I may like and that are safe. Would buy from them again
