GE Products are absolute crap. Made by a company in Mexico called MABE. They don't honour the warranty and their stuff is very low quality. It looks nice but it's garbage. Go with a European brand or even one made in the US or Canada.

It should show no stars but this won't post unless I give at least one. I will NEVER buy anything from General Electric again. In December I bought a washer/dryer from The Brick, a local furniture and appliance dealer. In July the machine stopped working. The Brick told me to call GE because it was under a year old. You had no problem taking my hard earned money yet here I sit having to write a bad review because it's August 23rd and IT'S STILL NOT REPAIRED!!!! All I'm getting is try this, try that. FIX IT OR REPLACE IT BUT DON'T TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP. I'm disgusted at your lack of customer service and general lack of interest in bringing resolution to a relatively easy problem. I paid for a product, it broke, you can't fix it so either replace it or give me my money back and DON'T LEAVE ME HANGING ON TO EMPTY PROMISES. Show some integrity and get this done today. You have me on file and I will be available for your call.

Please heed this warning, never buy a GE appliance, trust me.GE has a policy of No refunds". Their approach to a machine broken within warranty is to send consumers through a frustrating maze of sub-contracted repair people.Here's my story:We purchased a $1200+ GE washing machine in January of 2022. Can honestly say, I would NEVER but GE again. We have not had a fridge since July 2015 because of GE not fulfilling their warranty promise. After nearly three months the fridge was finally replace but with a lesser model and it has a large scratch down the front. They will not return our emails and address the problem. Very frustrated and disappointed in the lack of responsibility on GEs part.
