It's just a big empty space, some walking paths and trees planted with memorial plaques. The Town could really add more amenities to the park to make it more appealing to families. Outdoor pool would be a start. It is always clean which is nice.

Whitby Civic Park
A peaceful park where a lot of people bring their dogs for a walk. Many different varieties of properly labelled trees adorn the walkway as well.

Lovely park, manicured, but lots of trees. The memorial trees along the path are especially nice. Nice place to walk a dog and a real asset to the neighborhood.
