My husband came in here to place an order and the customer service was very terrible he was made fun of by the people that worked behind the counters and abused I will not be going to this location ever again and if they treat their customers this way I suggest others should not go to this location either

Not the most enthusiastic customer service here, but they got the job done quickly and efficiently. The location is narrow so do not expect spacious seating. The ingredients were fresh, and they are far enough away from the food court to allow for a quieter atmosphere in which to eat your food.

The girl working here at 5pm shift today, treated us like too rudely. Firstly when I entered, she was busy on her phone, after she came to server us she was just behaving like I interrupted her from using phone.And then when she was making my sub she didn't even listened to what I was asking her to put in.Then she squished the sub while wrapping it, I felt like I really interrupted her while she was using her phone.When I opened my sub it was totally squished and wasn't in the condition to eat. I asked her to make a new one, but she argued a lot. Then after argument when she made it, she was like tell me what sauce you want

June 2022 ReviewLocation in Willowbrook Mall, entrance from outside as well. Small establishment, dark inside, unfortunately staff not friendly and extra stingy on meat and vegetables. (Vegetables were so thinly sliced that they were falling apart) My husband and I noticed that our subs were very bland and tasteless and the vegetables were not fresh. This establishment is not up to par. I do not recommend this location.

They open early, huge bonus. They make your sandwich fast and exactly how you order it, double bonus. The staff are also very friendly and sociable. Will definitely come back to this location.

I was a regular at this subway my entire duration of working nearby. The service was always awful, if I ever asked for more of insert ingreditent here" i was always bluntly told "No." They barely use any of the vegetables compared to all the other subways in the area. They would never take no for an answer in regards to making my sandwich a combo. If it wasnt the only place to get low calorie low fat fast food in the mall I would have stopped going long before I did.Giving two stars simply for the convenience of the location

Not very friendly people/servers working here. We order a salad and the server only filled it halfway. When you ask for more, you'll probably get a bad look like you're a nuisance to them.Can't even use their washroom but another person was able to. My toddler had to use their bathroom and was told it's out of service when someone just literally used it 5 mins before.
