What a Wonderful place to live. The new building Manager and maintenance person are awesome. Prompt and very friendly.Can't see me living anywhere else. Love it!

I have been living here from September 2022 and i am feeling very happy and safe here.

One of the only large dog friendly apartments in Halifax. I've lived here a few years now and have had a good experience. Neighbors are friendly, building is quiet and clean, and units are spacious. Through COVID we had multiple building managers, some of them good, some of them not so good. However, since Michelle took over the building we have seen a big improvement, the team is responsive and even engaging residents through activities such as a pet costume contest. Overall great spot.

We moved in a few months ago and absolutely love it. The Superintendent was extremely helpful, especially prior to our arrival from out of province, but also while in quarantine. The apartments are beautiful, large, and well taken care of. Our two kids are happy here, and they are pet friendly as well. Definitely the best apartment we’ve lived in, by far!

We love living here. The units are spacious and the common areas are kept clean. The building manager is helpful and addresses all questions or issues quickly and efficiently. The fact that it's pet friendly is an extra bonus.

Unsure why there’s such bad reviews, I’ve lived here for a couple years now and I find it wonderful!! The neighbourhood is incredibly friendly, everyone in the building has been lovely. It’s a very family friendly spot and great for your pets!! I’ve found the units are very well made, not much sound travels between units except for the main doorway into the hall, but that’s expected. The rent price in my opinion is great for the space you get, plus there’s parking and a storage unit included! The building has a cleaner thats here every day and does an amazing job of keeping it clean. The dog owners clean up after their pets very well. My only 2 complaints would be that the elevator breaks often but the other elevator works quite fast and it is only a 7 floor building so it’s not the worst to climb up or down if you’re in a hurry. Secondly, we have had a ridiculous amount of resident managers coming and going. They’ve all been lovely but within the 2 years we have been there I would say there’s been maybe 5 different resident managers, not overly sure the reason but overall I think the building is great and would highly recommend!

Excellent staff and services. Gordon, Taunya and Manuel are very supportive and helpful. Wonderful place to live, spacious units. Good place for families.

It is a good Apartment in Washmill lake area. Maintenance is very good.
