We had an amazing time tonight. Our sever Joe was amazing. He treated us so well, he was very nice and funny. We definitely will be returning and asking for Joe .

We've given this location a few chances but it always disappoints. One day we arrived and while waiting to be seated the server walked by us multiple times, made eye contact, but said nothing. Didn't acknowledge us in the least. After waiting 10 minutes to be seated in a virtually empty restaurant and being blatantly ignored, we left.We decided to try again as Swiss Chalet food is usually pretty consistent. The crispy chicken sandwich I ordered was not fully cooked, it was rubbery and chewy. The server offered to bring me more chicken, but it was an awful experience and I didn't want anything more. She made no other effort to remedy the situation and charged full price for the meal on the bill. I hope I don't get sick.

Took my Husband out for dinner for his birthday. Joe our waiter was excellent, very polite, helpful and excellent customer service. We asked that our fries were to be hot and fresh and they were delicious. My husband got free pie lemon meringue he got us two plates to share it was delicious. It was so nice to be treated so special it made my husband's day. Thank you very much Joe

Sai who says is one of the managers is absolutely rude and has no customer service skills. She wouldn't take my order over the phone. Their delivery line wouldn't work either. I have ordered there for 40 employees before and this is the treatment and service we get. Go elsewhere for your food!

We came in for the 2 can dine meal. It was good but the server brought us an extra serving of fries after noticing how skimpy the portion was. We ordered the garlic bread and had to send it back because the butter was cold, the cheese was not melted, and the bread was not toasted. Our wonderful server who was the highlight of our visit sent it back to the kitchen; and brought us another garlic bread. The butter was cold, cheese not melted, and not toasted. She comped us for it and we took one to bring home to cook ourselves. This is what garlic bread should look like when it hits the table. It’s sad that I had to come home and make it myself instead of eating it in your restaurant.

Ordered the 2 Can Dine special as a takeout order. The food was okay. Paid $2.99 extra for sweet potato fries on one meal and both meals had regular fries. But we got the Chipotle sauce that's supposed to come with sweet potato fries. Declined getting a roll in both meals but one came with a roll. The receipt was correct but obviously there was a mixup. Also my order was supposed to be ready at 5:58 so I got there at 5:56 and the person at the takeout counter seemed quite confused and was trying to give my order (which was ready early) to someone else. I should have checked the order before leaving.

We truly enjoyed our lunch here yesterday. Despite the restaurant being very busy, we were seated very quickly. Joe, our server, was extremely polite and helpful. He ensured we were taken care of quickly and was very thorough in ensuring that we were happy with the food! Definitely higher level service than we would expect at a family restaurant. Everything was clean. The food was hot and had good flavour. We truly appreciated the efforts of Joe and the kitchen staff. Job well done!

We enjoyed a chicken/shrimp dinner and a quarter chicken/w soup dinner served ably and professionally by Joseph. He was exceptionally friendly and kind above expectation! Would like to have him every time we eat at this Swiss Chalet.
